Visit Samsø has made a short video about our homemade Samsø fries. We start in the field with our local farmer Renés øko grønt, as he is planting several tons of potatoes for the food processing plant, so that we can make our popular fries all year round - without running out of potatoes.

Samsø Posten was present when we, together with Annelise Buur Rasmussen and Kim Bredsdorff Larsen, held a reception in connection with our purchase of the company Samsø Landkøkken as mentioned as of January 1, 2020.

Annelise and Kim founded Samsø Landkøkken back in 2007 and we look forward to following in their footsteps.

Generational change at Samsø Landkøkken. Annelise and Kim (left in the picture) started Samsø Landkøkken in 2007, which makes the most delicious syrups, vinegars, oils, seasoning salts, jams and mustard. At Samsø Madsnedkeri we are lucky enough to take over their fantastic product range from January 1, 2020, which is sold in many places in Scandinavia.

Peter Falktoft and Esben Bjerre stopped by Samsø Madsnedkeri on their Samsø travel guide. Esben Bjerre says, among other things, that our Fish n' Chips are close to the ones they got from the food truck in Tokyo.
